Whole machine: The machine tool adopts column fixing and cross slide structure, with X axis at the bottom and Y axis at the top, and the worktable has higher rigidity. The three axes adopt linear rolling guide rails, and the whole machine has high rigidity, high stability and high reliability. The large flow fully enclosed protection has beautiful appearance and is easy to operate and maintain.
Spindle box: It adopts high-speed spindle unit, the spindle adopts BT50 specification, and has central blowing function.
Tool magazine: The tool magazine adopts disc type tool magazine, which has reliable quality and stable performance.
Drive: The three-axis motor and high-precision ball screw adopt direct drive mode, and the ball screw is pre-stretched and installed to improve the transmission rigidity and positioning accuracy. The three axes adopt linear rolling guide rails, and the machine tool has small vibration when feeding at high speed and no creeping when feeding at low speed.
