HC4060L Production Description
HC4060L CNC horizontal lathe is mainly suitable for the machining of rotating parts in the aviation, aerospace, automobile, engineering machinery and other industries.
This machine is a dual-coordinate two-axis linkage, semi-closed loop CNC machine, with an integrated layout of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic, and a fully enclosed protective cover. It is ergonomically designed to make operation more convenient. Each servo feed axis adopts a high-speed silent ball screw, which is directly connected by an elastic coupling, with fast moving speed, low noise, high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy; this machine has strong functions, high precision, reasonable layout, beautiful shape, easy operation and convenient maintenance.
Overall structure: The machine is an integrated layout of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic, with a 45° overall inclined bed, which has the advantages of compact structure, high rigidity, smooth chip removal and convenient operation; the guide rail type is a rolling guide rail, and the drive component adopts a high-speed silent ball screw, which has the advantages of fast speed, less heat and high positioning accuracy. The machine is fully enclosed for protection, automatic chip removal, automatic lubrication and automatic cooling.
Spindle box: The main transmission system of this machine tool adopts high-performance servo motor drive, and the spindle is driven by a pair of pulleys. The spindle speed range is 20-3000r/min. The front support of the spindle adopts a triple high-precision angular contact ball bearing, and the rear support adopts a double angular contact ball bearing to meet the load requirements of axial and radial cutting forces.
Drive: The longitudinal and transverse drives adopt FANUC high-performance servo motors, with high positioning accuracy, flexible and reliable movement; the built-in absolute encoder has no cumulative error, no need to memorize, no need to find reference points, and the position information will not be lost after the power is cut off.
Tool holder: This machine tool adopts a high-reliability hydraulic tool holder with fast tool change speed and high reliability.
System: The control system is FANUC 0i-TF(5), and the βi series high-performance AC servo motor is selected.
